Birth Doula Care
I do accept HSA and FSA Payments, will work with Carrot and Caremark Family Building, Superbill for you to get insurance reimbursement, and I accept monthly payment plans, AfterPay through Square, Venmo, CashApp and Square invoicing. Please contact me if you have concerns about payments.
Every pregnancy and birth deserves loving support, care, attention, and customized care, and I am committed to your experience and will guide you in planning for your optimal birth experience- no matter what that looks like for you. All ways of birthing are equally beautiful and my only concern is for your comfort and happiness.
Standard Birth Doula Package
2-4 in person and or virtual prenatal appointments to build our relationship, discuss birth planning, learn Spinning Babies techniques and optimal fetal positing, discuss your past history and how it can affect your birth, planning for parenting, breathing and, fear reduction techniques.
Birth doula care at your birth location (I no longer attend home births. If you are planning a home birth please reach out and i can help you find the best doula for you).
Built in Backup with one of my backup Doulas
1-2 postpartum visits in person and or virtually to check in, make sure you are healing well, that your mental health is good, answer questions about the baby, your relationship and anything else.
Unlimited text, calls and questions throughout the pregnancy and beyond.
Evaluation for postpartum depression/anxiety and referral to help if needed

Package 1- includes birth doula care and 4 hours postpartum care in your home- $2600
Package 2- includes birth doula care and 8 hours postpartum care in your home- $2750
Package 3- includes birth doula care, 8 hours of postpartum care and Moroccan Belly Binding- $2900
